IVW Medical Services delivers intravenous iron infusions for clinically appropriate adult patients with confirmed iron deficiency. Treatment is provided in approved community clinical settings, under medical governance and in line with NHS-equivalent safety standards.

What We Provide
We provide clinician-referred IV iron infusions delivered by NMC-registered nurses under medical oversight. Care is structured, monitored and documented, with a formal treatment summary returned to the referrer following infusion.

Governance & Safety
IVW Medical Services operates as a CQC-registered provider for regulated clinical activity. The service is delivered by NMC-registered nurses trained in intravenous therapy and anaphylaxis management, operating under the governance of a named medical clinical lead.
Service Limitations
What we do not provide:
- No self-referral pathway
- No diagnostic services
- No management of acute or unstable patients
- No substitution for secondary care haematology services
